Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility and convenience of a remote setting, primarily working from home while conducting essential assessments and meetings via virtual platforms. Although the work is primarily remote, you will occasionally engage with students and families in-person as needed. The work hours are primarily Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evenings or weekends may be required depending on client needs.

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students to identify their emotional, mental, and social needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with students, families, and educators, tailored to address specific goals and aspirations.

  • Provide counseling, emotional support, and crisis intervention for students and their families facing challenging life transitions.
  • \n
  • Advocate for students’ rights and facilitate access to relevant community resources, ensuring equitable support is provided.

  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes teachers, nurses, and specialists to enhance the quality of care.

  • Monitor student progress through regular check-ins and adapt care plans as necessary based on individual developments.

  • Educate families about available support services, programs, and workshops to aid in their children’s social development and academic performance.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Engage in continuous education and training to stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work.

This role primarily focuses on students within the school system, often addressing the unique challenges faced during their formative years. These may include issues related to behavioral health, family dynamics, academic pressure, and social integration.   • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

  • Experience working within school systems or with adolescents is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Path Social Work offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a retirement savings plan featuring employer-matching contributions.
