This role focuses on assembling piping systems for HVAC applications using hand tools and brazing equipment. You will work with copper piping, learn and apply brazing techniques, and use an oxyacetylene torch to bind metal components and create precise fit-ups. The position involves measuring, cutting, and fitting metal openings and connections to ensure accurate and secure joints in HVAC piping systems.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean manufacturing machine and assembly shop focused on HVAC piping systems. Training occurs on first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break. The long-term schedule is second shift, Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Personal protective equipment such as steel-toe footwear is required, along with appropriate work pants and shirts suitable for a manufacturing environment where brazing torches and machinery are in use.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
